Who we are
MOCCSO SRL is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Registered in Romania (Reg. Com. J29/2232/2023, CUI RO48908027). Registered office: Strada Domnișori nr. 21, 100267 Ploiești, Romania.

Enquiries you send us
When you use the contact form or email us, we receive what you give us: your name, email address and message, and your company, phone number and area of interest if you add them. We use them to reply and, if you go ahead, to discuss and deliver the work.
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or taking steps you ask for before entering into a contract. The form arrives as an email in our Microsoft 365 mailbox; the website doesn't keep a copy in a database. We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation and any work that follows need them, then delete them.
Hosting
The site runs on Microsoft Azure. Like any web server, it processes your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and keep the service secure.
Analytics: Microsoft Clarity
If you choose Accept in the cookie banner, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use this site. We work with Microsoft to capture how you use and interact with the site through behavioural metrics, heatmaps and session replay, so we can improve it. Until you accept, Clarity isn't loaded at all.
Clarity records the pages you visit, how far you scroll, where you click and move the pointer, your device and browser type, and your approximate location. Anything you type into a form is masked in your browser and never sent.
Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. We don't share Clarity data with Microsoft Advertising.
Recordings are kept for 30 days. Aggregated data such as heatmaps, a small sample of recordings and any recordings we save are kept for up to nine months. Clarity has no way to delete a single visitor's data, so these limits are how it is removed.
Microsoft also uses this data under its own terms and may transfer it to the United States. For how Microsoft collects and uses data, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your personal data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email cristian.moraru@moccso.com and we'll respond within a month.
If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
